Gold Vector Pro is a digital software product delivered through license activation and downloadable files. Because digital access can be provided immediately and cannot be physically returned, refund requests are reviewed under the conditions below.
Free Trial
The Free Trial is provided at no charge and therefore has no refundable payment. It is intended to help eligible users evaluate access and basic compatibility before purchasing a paid license.
Eligible Review Circumstances
A refund request may be considered when a duplicate payment was made, payment was confirmed but the license was not delivered within a reasonable support period, or a verified technical issue prevents activation and support is unable to provide a working resolution.
Generally Non-Refundable Circumstances
Refunds are generally not provided for trading losses, dissatisfaction with trading performance, changes in market conditions, broker restrictions, incorrect user settings, failure to meet system requirements, failure to read documentation, license misuse, account suspension caused by a terms violation, or a change of mind after digital access has been delivered.
Request Procedure
Contact support using the purchasing email address and include the order date, payment reference, license information, and a clear explanation of the issue. Do not publish private license or payment information publicly.
Review and Verification
Refund requests may require identity, payment, activation, usage, and technical verification. Gold Vector Pro may first offer troubleshooting, replacement access, corrected files, or another reasonable solution.
Payment Provider and Network Fees
Any approved refund is returned through an available method determined during review. Third-party processing fees, blockchain network fees, exchange-rate differences, and irreversible cryptocurrency transfer costs may not be recoverable.
Consumer Rights
Nothing in this policy removes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable consumer-protection law.
