Software License
A Gold Vector Pro purchase provides a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the software according to the purchased plan. Ownership of the software, source code, branding, documentation, presets, and related intellectual property is not transferred.
Account and License Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of login details, license keys, account access, and devices connected to your license. You must promptly contact support if unauthorized use is suspected.
Permitted Use
The software may be used only within the account and device limits of the applicable license. You may create personal settings and presets for your own authorized use.
Prohibited Use
You may not resell, sublicense, redistribute, publish, share, rent, reverse engineer, decompile, bypass licensing controls, modify security mechanisms, or use the service for unlawful, deceptive, abusive, or infringing activity.
License Monitoring
To protect customers and prevent license abuse, Gold Vector Pro may record technical information from activated MetaTrader 5 terminals, including the MT5 account number, account-holder name, broker, and trading server. This information is used solely for license verification, customer support, security, and fraud prevention. Gold Vector Pro does not collect trading history, open positions, account balance, or trading performance through this license-monitoring process.
Service Availability
We aim to maintain reliable website, licensing, download, and support services, but continuous or error-free availability is not guaranteed. Maintenance, updates, hosting problems, internet failures, broker conditions, or events beyond reasonable control may interrupt service.
Updates and Changes
Gold Vector Pro may release software updates, revise documentation, adjust features, modify supported environments, or update these terms. Material updates will be reflected through the website, Customer Area, documentation, or direct communication where appropriate.
Trading Responsibility and Liability
All trading decisions and outcomes remain the user’s responsibility. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Gold Vector Pro is not liable for trading losses, lost profits, missed opportunities, broker actions, data loss, indirect loss, or consequential damage arising from use or inability to use the software.
Termination
Access may be suspended or terminated for payment disputes, fraud, abuse, license sharing, security circumvention, unlawful use, or material violation of these terms.
